Please note that we have introduced a £5 registration fee for classic vehicles, which covers entry for the vehicle, driver and one passenger (more details...). Additional passengers 16 years old and over cost £8 each.

The registration fee is paid online by credit or debit card after entering your vehicle details below.

You must have a PDF reader installed on your computer and access to a printer in order to complete registration and print your ticket.

Registered vehicles must be at least 20 years old.

If your vehicle is under 20 years old and you think it should be on display, please email us at with the make and model plus a brief reason why your car should be at our show.

After registering you will be able to print and/or your ticket, which you must bring with you on the day.

Club Members

If you are planning to park in your club's area you must enter your club's code below before Saturday 1 July 2017 so that we can allocate sufficient space on the Showground. If you don't have your club's code please contact your club representative.

Your Details

Your Classic Vehicle Details

In the arena we'll be showing a variety of interesting vehicles and we're hoping Wheeler Dealer Mike Brewer can join us again.

If you fancy showing your vehicle in the arena (it's a bit of fun and you get a parking spot close to the arena for the day) please tick the box below and put down some interesting facts about you and your vehicle.

If we select your vehicle to go in the arena we'll be in touch before the show.

Booking terms & conditions

All vehicles must arrive on site between the hours of 7am and 1pm.

All vehicles must be pre-registered and the registration fee of £5 paid. However, there may be limited access on the day for classic vehicles on payment of a ‘late entry fee’ of £10.

A printed registration ticket must be clearly displayed in the front windscreen on entry to the Showground. Failure to do so will result in having to pay a ’late entry fee’ of £10

A Souvenir Showguide will be available to all registered vehicles at no extra charge.

The registration fee is only refundable in the unlikely event of the Classic Car Show being cancelled prior to the 13th August 2017. However, as this is a charity event it is hoped that classic exhibitors would forego their rights in this connection.

For the safety of all classic drivers and pedestrians on the Showground there will be no entry after 1pm and no exit before 1.30pm.

All vehicles on site are at their owners own risk. Cranleigh Lions will be not be held liable for damage to vehicles or property, loss or theft.

All exhibitors must comply with on-site signage and instructions from event staff at all times.

When driving on site, all vehicles must adhere to a 5mph speed limit.

Spaces are allocated in advance and cannot be changed on the day. Exhibitors must keep to the boundaries allocated for the car/club.

Promotional material must be kept within the boundaries allocated for the vehicle/club. Exhibitors are not permitted to distribute printed promotional materials of any nature within the Showground including in the visitor car park.

Excessive revving of engines and horn beeping is not allowed.

No support vehicles will be allowed on the event site and must park in the main visitor car park, unless they are transporting a registered classic vehicle.

The £5 registration fee provides entry for the classic vehicle, driver and one passenger. Additional passengers will pay the standard entry fee of £8.

No articles are to be offered for sale in any exhibit unless pre-arranged.

All vehicles on display must have a minimum of third party insurance cover. All drivers must hold a current driving license of the appropriate class.
